Gastronomy La Grand’Vigne

Set in a former orangery, modelled on an ornamental, 18th-century glasshouse, La Grand’Vigne Michelin two-star restaurant invites you to savour the chef’s brilliant, well-grounded cuisine.

Our restaurant was rewarded in 2010 with a first Michelin star, followed by a second Michelin star in 2015.

Chef Nicolas Masse has developed close relationships with local fishermen, livestock breeders, and market gardeners on the Atlantic coast and in the Graves countryside, who supply him with seasonal produce.

We invite you to stop along the quiet roads from the ocean to the vineyards, share his discoveries, and benefit from the excellent advice of Pierre Couturier, our restaurant manager, and Aurélien Farrouil, our head sommelier.

THE BOOK : A WAY OF LIFE IN THE HEART OF THE VINEYARDS

Les Sources de Caudalie published their second book, entirely devoted to this haven of peace and to the particular way of life which had developed there.

At the heart of the vineyards of Graves, in the enchanting setting of Château Smith Haut Lafitte, Alice and Jérôme Tourbier have created a unique establishment devoted to nature and its treasures, the world of wine, and gastronomy.
Well being, authenticity and emotion define the art of living at “Les Sources de Caudalie” where the cuisine of Nicolas Masse accompanies guests on their journey of the senses.
